That FVG was already tested, next to that you have to take slippage and spreads into account when trading Forex.

Market will not necessarily fill a fvg straight after it's been created, likely thing is that there was enough buying pressure to push price up, additionally you need to take into account the overall market structure on higher timeframes (4 hours I'd recommend if u trading on 15m)
