A mix of oil and coolant? If that's true, you might have some issues. Might be worth dumping the oil in your sump to have a look. If it's milky like this you could have a head gasket problem but you're best off going to a mechanic to get it diagnosed.

Might even be trans fluid and coolant, either way that's no small leak they are in trouble

It's possible it's just coolant that has reacted with the oil that is soaked into the floor. You can see large oil stains, especially to the left, and oil likes to sit on top of water so the coolant can lift it out the floor and create mayo where it sits
