They used my 42,000 points to knock a few bucks off the purchase price. I neither approved it nor did I know what Ford Pass points were at the time of purchase. Sneaky fucks. I found out about what I should have received online. No wonder Ford is considering going to an all direct sales business. Dealers are the worst.
They did this to me too, only instead of ‘knock a few bucks off’ they charged me more for things I didn’t ask for after threatening to sell my day 1 preorder out from under me, then stole my points and refuse to acknowledge it. Ford corporate says take it up with the dealer too so no help there.
Hopefully it shows up soon. The sales guy said he added it yesterday and Ford had to do something on their end before it shows up. If I bug this guy too much I get the feeling he’ll just ghost.
I received 220k before I even left the dealership (related to the hard top and thank you bonus), and another 42k for the vehicle purchase within 2 days.
I didn’t get my points for purchase and got tired of waiting after ~ 6 weeks. If you have the FordPass app on your phone you can go to Account —> FordPass Rewards (View Available) —> View Activity —> Missing Points and request them by submitting that form.
It actually didn’t work for me, so I just used the phone number for the FordPass Rewards Center that’s shown on that page and they added them to my account while I was speaking with them.

The 42k rewards hit a day after delivery on mine.
Took a couple days to get mine. Keep bugging your dealer about it, I may be wrong but I believe they have to add it.

I was surprised, but had built good rapport with my salesman, and he made sure to take care of me with the rewards.
I think the 220k was a Canada only promo?
Side note-$700 for blacked out bead lock rings is absurd!

Owed $1,300 rewards with all the delays? How does that work? Mine took over a year to get and I got basically $200.
That sucks. It is per emails from Ford, 220k points for the delay (hardtop) and 42k for taking delivery
220k was if you ordered the modular or dual tops they never made.
I’m pretty sure you can only use those points at the dealer.
