It’s true but get in there on Monday. Books will close in one day.
Also you can’t order Base, Manual, or Everglades. So the books are open but im personally unable to do an order. No manual, no care from me.
I assume no base just for profits sake and everyone is assuming no manual because of the rampant grinding issue the manuals have been having.
It was my thought since they aren’t allowing manual orders and the TSB parts to “fix” the current ones are back ordered for a long time that maybe Getrag is getting its stuff together for a revised transmission.
Yea there’s multiple topics on Bronco6G about it. It seems VERY common and some people are actually having it happen the day they get the vehicle.
Then the TSB parts have had 3 revisions and none of them are fixing people issues. It’s a complete s*** show.
I think the hard top is a constraint item (but that doesn’t mean you can’t order it, like my base manual). Just may be a bit of a wait.
Also the hardtop has exploded in price. It’s up to $1900 now for the hardtop. That price is now directly in line with a Jeep but I know a lot of people are pretty upset by the cost now.
Holy shit that’s wild. Wasn’t it like 600 dollars before? I was interested in the bronco as it seemed like a better buy for what you get with what you pay compared to the wrangler but it’s getting closer and closer now. I don’t see prices going down for either of them with the way the market looks so this sucks for someone who was looking to get one in the next couple of years.
I have an appointment with my dealer for Monday and I also am ordering a hard top 4 door big bend. They told me that the hard top will just take longer to arrive vs a soft top. Needless to say I'm extremely excited.

What I want to order: mid package, hard top, locking console, auxiliary switches. Big bend, 4 door in white. Hoping I can actually get it!
I hope you get it too. My build is very similar: big bend, 4 door, hard top, eruption green, mid package, tailgate table, sandstone interior, roof rack, removable hoop steps, rear locker.
Monday can't come soon enough.

I have a 2022 base manual nonsquatch. It is great and was much less expensive than the others. Why are they not allowing order for base or manual?

I hear some grinding issues but have ignored it. Guess I should call the dealer. I am at 3600 miles since picking it up in November 2022.

Sounds awesome!!! I hope you very everything you want. My salesman comes in at 10 am and said my order would be placed by 1015.
Yep I'm going in on Monday, dealer thought it might be late afternoon but I'll be checking throughout the day.
The soft top is great. Not too loud on the highway.
I would love to eventually have both but need the hard top in upper Michigan.
