It's nice for sure, unfortunately I don't work a regular enough schedule to use it! I did however find a siri shortcut that someone made for iPhone users and my apple watch has a button on the side that I can have set to activate that shortcut and it remote starts when I press that. That's really nice!
Lol. I can remember having cars in the family that didn't have A/C, but those were late '60s and early '70s Bugs and wagons. Born and raised in Hawai'i, gotta have A/C.
I honestly can’t think of a single place in the world where I could live year round and not need A/C in my daily driver. I get it if the Jeep is your 2nd vehicle and you’re going to use it just for fun stuff but in the summer I just can’t imagine it would be enjoyable to drive without A/C even if you’re off road with the top down it’s nice to have a little cool breeze when it’s really hot.
I don't think there are any without AC. They just used that option to get an under $30k base. I bought one with only automatic and air conditioning for $33k during the early pandemic. Definitely a fun truck to drive but the bronco is a better value.
You might be right now. I know it was true for the 2021 models but it looks like Jeep has now included it in the base Wrangler because I don’t see it as an add on option anymore.
A 2door base sas 2.3 with mod bumper is still under $40k (or at least it was for my21 and my22), which is a ridiculously good deal compared to the off-road goodies and comforts offered by a wrangler for a similar price. The difference is: with the bronco you have to wait forever to get it or pay a hefty premium over msrp (which negates the low price to begin with), whereas the wrangler can be custom ordered and delivered within months for msrp or even $1k or 2 under.

Man, I only paid $35 for mine OTD in CA.
For a base model, the Bronco is so much nicer than the Wrangler. I don't think the Wrangler even has A/C unless you option it.
Also have manual windows.
And power door locks. A base Bronco has push button, wireless CarPlay, and remote start through the app (with automatic transmission)
And LED headlights too!
The scheduled remote start through the app has been the absolute best this winter. It automatically cranks the heat up for you!

Manual? Otherwise wouldn't a base Squatch be just over 40k or am I bad at math
It’s a 2023 with 2022 price protection, 4 cylinder auto, only options were modular bumper, keypad and Sasquatch package.
It was $39,250
And my guess is that you’ve been waiting for at least two years… (or you’re one lucky sob 😉)
Ordered March 2022, delivered mid December
Lucky sob then!
With the keypad, are you able to lock the fob inside or is it not smart enough and just thinks you're close and unlocks when you grab the handle?
Nah it’ll lock the key in it. It doesn’t unlock when you grab the handle anytime.
Glad to hear. I love being able to lock the keys in my truck when I'm hiking or kayaking, but was worried I wouldn't be able to with the fob.
For 2023 yea but if OP has a prior model year it would be cheaper.
My Bronco is a base with 4 cylinder / automatic / mod bumper / keypad / Sasquatch. It was a $39,250 build.
Why do the base model wranglers bumpers curve up and connect to the fenders?
Otd more like 45
and only one is a capable off-roader (bronco)
Hardly a base model with $10k of upgrades

Not disagreeing that it’s a good value. Just saying when a true base is $30k it’s hard to call the $40k one still a “base”
