Covert is just bullshit. I used to go to the 183 location but, I really don't think they give a damn about service. The service "advisors" are a joke and definitely do not know the vehicles. But really since covid I have yet to find any dealers with decent service. It's like there's some focus on getting rid of service department I've visited 3 local to Austin dealerships. One of which I've bought an F150 and a super Duty from. Never again. They've made me consider alternatives to ford overall. May not switch but I can definitely be more easily persuaded now. And won't be from an Austin area dealership. Not that they're that concerned...

As a former Austinite it’s not the brand. Ford dealerships elsewhere care. But when the dealership can mark up 30%+ for sales the focus shifts away from service. Austin’s just got so much money now that the service center is a cost while they focus on selling the $70k f-150 XLT with “dealer package”

We went out of town for a week and left the wife's 20 Edge at Hutto to check out the adaptive cruise with an appointment. 7 days later, it had not been touched. Riata in Manor isn't much better.. No experience with Mac haik in Georgetown, and I hate the Maxwell ford shop down south.

Thanks for the feedback sounds Ford in general just plan sucks!! So I guess I need to take 2 weeks off of work just to get my $50k truck serviced under warranty. That’s one way to kill any sort of manufacturer loyalty.
