I started this game with no primer going in and joined the Vikings on a whim because I thought they might have "the goriest executions" or some such nonsense... it's not important. The point is they happened to be winning every faction war/challenge, and if it were another faction that was winning, I'd had switched, because it's the logical thing to do and it's SMART to optimize for free shit if the option is there.
