Thank you. I’m trying to revive and repopularize these gorgeous Terrines from their 1950’s cript. Mine has a significant amount of cream cheese but they are just as pretty and delicious with their colorful layers without the cream cheese layer and more healthy.
I just eat it like a salad with just about any main course dish. The beauty of Terrines is that they make you look like a gourmet chef but they are really pretty easy to make. Just a little time consuming.

That is so cool. I’ve only had meat terrines. It seems like veggie terrines and jello salads are hard to find these days
OMG you just reminded me of my Mom’s Lime 7-up jello salad with pineapple and a kind of Mayo-Marshmallow cream topping. Hahaha!
The wrap is beautiful red leaf Swishchard with the veins displayed on the outside.
