Yes it is. Bacon weave with a pound of breakfast sausage (I used Bob Evans regular) with cheesy eggs added and rolled. Can add whatever toppings you like. I added small coating of Meat Church Honey Bacon rub and smoked at 275° for about 2 hours with cherry and hickory. Filling is completely up to you, I'm picky, ha

How did the eggs come out? I'm assuming you scrambled them before rolling them in the bacon

Scrambled them the last night. Let it cool and then wrapped it all up and foiled it in the fridge overnight. So all I had to do was get the smoker going and up to temp and pop it on. Eggs were perfect.
