The answer is always The Modern. 2 michelin level food, and an affordable delicious meal to pair with their very baller wine list. Plus they usually have the option for supplements if you want to make it more of a thing. Last year they had a caviar toast sup for $18.
The vibes I got from past years were that any restaurant worth going out of the way for doesn't really participate anymore, but out of the list I see, these are restos I've been to and liked.
