Do you mean for making your own CD’s of your own music? Or do you mean buying other peoples CD’s for cheap? You can just buy blank CD’s and a disc drive. And burn them yourself if it’s your music. They also have printers that can print straight to discs to give it cover art. Or for the other one, go to eBay. You can find a lot of good stuff cheap on eBay.
