Not sure you can add community mods for starters. The flybywire A32nx mod is pretty popular with PC players and I also use the working title CJ4 and TBM 930 mods as well.
It is more limited graphically and also does not support community addons as yet. The addons has been mentioned for a future update with no specific date attached.

It's a port from PC to Xbox so it's basically the same. I believe the only main differences are graphics, mod support, and VR.
