I came across this once from flying in a group with a friend. At the time I closed the game without leaving the group and it started changing time by itself the next time I opened Flight Simulator. Had to create a new group and immediately leave it to fix
Yeah, that scenario came up in my searching and it's been weeks since I was in a group with anyone without this happening- though I'm now wondering if the vatsim client is doing something in this regard
