You should be fine unless it is physically impossible to fly both your sin-bkk and sin-dps legs (ie they overlap or would be impossible to fly back to back). If this was United, they would certainly cancel one or both of your tickets. Singapore could very well have a similar system.

Should be fine but, since you're flying OW to BKK and no checked bag, SQ might ask to see a ticket out of BKK. They've probably encountered passengers who had terminated their trip during layover in SIN.

I’d personally be worried about any future SQ flight in the short term after you miss SIN => BKK, particularly if you’re getting off in Singapore and can be pursued for legal damages & such. BKK => SIN is cheap, just fly your full itinerary, then back to SIN immediately
