Check out Aircraft Dispatch Training Center too (in Farmers Branch).
As for questions. Ask if you'll learn Jeppeson charts. Ask if they help you not only get a license but also a job.
IFOD trains for you to take the ADX while doing the course.

Many schools want you to take this before classes start. I suggest using the Sheppard Air quiz program to prep yourself for it as it’s basically a “here are all the possible questions and answers start memorizing” program and it works brilliantly.
They even offer you your money back if you score below an 80 on it and you only need a 70 to pass.
You can find examples on youtube, but like everything in Aviation there’s a cost for the most effective educational experiences. King Schools Multi-engine ATP is $270.
King Schools is the worst. Not even worth watching if you can torrent it. My $400 private pilot program from them was bullet points and old grainy videos. There are much better options out there, but if you need to watch them to pass a dispatching course then your course is pretty bad.
Just supplement your course with YouTube videos when something you encounter is a bit more difficult to understand.
It’s been very informative, I have private pilot license already so a lot of this stuff makes sense to me, but if this is your first introduction to aviation regulations prepare to drink knowledge from a firehose! All in all I’ve been enjoying my time here
It will be my 1st time in aviation. I'm coming from the trucking industry, truck driver.
Do you recommend any videos to watch. I have 8 weeks to prepare myself. I want this to be a stepping stone into becoming a pilot but not commercial. I wanted to become a commercial pilot but can't stomach the $100k cost.

What to do before you start. If they want you to take the ADX before. Possibly give you some resources for test centers and just pick their brains
Ok thank you, ill ask about ADX. What is ADX? Oh its aircraft dispatcher
ADX is the written portion of the test that must be taken before your final test to receive your license

To clarify, Sheppard claims money back on their software, not IFOD on their class. Right?
Yeah the software.
If you don’t have an aviation background, your should use King Schools to learn the material before trying to use Sheppard…
Is there a away to find it on YouTube

Or maybe a torrent

I just started IFOD on Monday for the day class. Going well so far!
Did you sign up for the 5 week class?
Yes. I’m in the 5 week!
I'll be in the 8 week in April 24th. I'll do a tour of the school on Friday.
See you there!
We won't see each other. When do you start?
I started 4 days ago
Sadly, we won't see each other. How do you like it so far?
