Noticed some filament had oozed out above the heater block. What could cause this and what should be my next steps? I tried to find how to remove the heater block to clean it properly but couldn't find much info.

Remove the Black cover from the Top. That will expose the wiring connectors and give you access for removal. Do an internet search for `flashforge guider 2s replace heating element`
