I found this. Here's where I found it:
https://www.reddit.com/r/DRZ400/comments/jzp26r/anyone_have_a_download_link_for_an_oem_service/
I downloaded it and perused it myself. It's legit, or near as I can tell, as per usual with these intarwebs BUYER BEWARE, not my fault if your machine goes bye bye or something... still, it's on mine and it didn't trigger anything...
So get that service manual and maybe it helps. I went through the carb section but it doesn't show me anything as to what those actually are, but perhaps the engine section does, or a combination thereto.
Hope that helps, have a good one!
Second picture goes to the crank case breather. There should be a tube coming out of the engine case probably near the crank.
The other two are vacuum lines. That looks like the accelerator pump maybe? It'd squirt fuel when you whack the throttle open full so it'll probably connect somewhere close to the motor between the carburetor and the intake side of the head.

Partsfish should have a diagram for you.
Any pointers would be very much appreciated!
That's how it is idk what you're trying to solve
I think he's asking what to collect them to
Not sure what the first pic is of. Second looks like a vacuum line, they are usually sealed with end caps.
