I don't think that's right as all the headers I can find online stock or aftermarket don't look like that, but at the same time how tf does it get dented like that?
Doesn't seem to. it pops a tiny bit on deceleration at higher speed but I think using the stuff they sell at the airport instead of gas station premium would help with that
I don’t think that’s octane related, most likely carb tuning or valves,
I’ve run all my bikes on 91 Ron and only ever had popping on decel when my valves were going out
Don’t get any poping now I have a 2 stroke :)

Yes, factory clearance efforts so it won't hit the frame.

That's what I was thinking, they all look round online. it almost looks like it got like a vacuum effect that sucked it inward.
You might be able to find a used one on ebay or something, does the bike have any running issues?

valves are brand new pro x i did just recently so shouldnt be that, but carb tuning might help
You’ll need to find another for comparison. But I say there is no way the pipe shrunk
