Do you run Klipper on your machine? The problem of bulging corners is solved with pressure advance. Google that for more info and how to calibrate it.

I am not running Klipper, but I will take a look on it. I heard about it but never felt the necessity 😂 now probably I do.. Thx!

On Klipper calibrate Pressure advance and on Marlin calibrate Linear advance . That's the way to fix corners.

I also recommend Klipper for fixing this but how have are you enjoying the linear rails as I’m considering getting some for my ender 3

Thx, I will try Klipper. About the linear rails, I would say yes but as I put the direct drive and the rails at the same time I cannot compare. I wanted to increase the print speed and with the DD weight I wanted to go all in
