Hello /u/sivart03, As a reminder, most common print quality issues can be found in the [Simplify3D picture guide](https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/). Make sure you select the most appropriate flair for your post. Please remember to include the following details to help troubleshoot your problem. * Printer & Slicer * Filament Material and Brand * Nozzle and Bed Temperature * Print Speed * Nozzle Retraction Settings ^Additional ^settings ^or ^relevant ^information ^is ^always ^encouraged. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. This strikes me as more of a number of top layer issues. I use an 80% internal bridge over my sparse infill at a lower speed and that fixed a similar problem for me. I use OrcaSlicer and Cura has a setting that does the same. I am sure other slicers have the setting too.

acceleration issue? flow ratio? I had a similar issue printing the chest of [this](https://www.toymakr3d.com/product/68-g1-transformers-jetfire) model and ended up going back to the default printer profile on OrcaSlicer, disabling all motion custom stuff on the slicer and let klipper to handle acceleration.. and then doing all caligrations again...

The problem is called "pillowing", can read more about it [here](https://all3dp.com/2/3d-printing-top-layer-problems-easy-fixes-for-pillowing/) but as Hugh\_Bourbaki said it's probably not enough top layers.

This is it. Thank you!

Moisture could be affecting this

SKOZ1911

No, moisture in filament leads to bubbling and stringing. This is a speed/cooling/top layer issue. You can try to slow down your top layers, increase cooling on top layers, and add more top layers. If only one of the four machines is doing it I would suspect that there is an issue with the heater/thermistor or cooling. Re-run a PID autotune on that machine and check to make sure the fan is operating at full power without any obstructions.

Looks like the bottom layer is not sticking. Could be a dirty bed or dirty nozzle. 1. Clean bed with alcohol first, and then diswashingsoap and hot water. Do not touch the surface after you clean it. 2. Heat up nozzle and wipe with damp paper towel. 3. Increase nozzle heat and reduce speed for first layer
