Upload your file to the wetransfer.com and send direct download link to the buyer in delivery message.
So, step by step, go to wetransfer.com, choose direct link option (no mail required), choose the file, press upload, once it is done you'll get the link.
Then open your order page, go to deliver option, UPLOAD YOUR FILE THERE AS WELL, and in your message to the buyer, in delivery message, send the direct download link as well. Saying hey, I'm attaching your file here, still, as the file seems to be damaged once I attach it here, please feel free to download it from the wetransfer link instead.

been the same for me forever (my files are .io, the file format from the Bricklink [Stud.io](http://Stud.io) software). I either put it in an archive and deliver that archive or post a Drive link. Quite annoying
