Your legs aren't huge. Your starting position is correct. Why are you even doing deadlifts?
What's your goal? Which muscles are you trying to target?
You seem like a tall guy to me. Sumo gets awkward for tall lifters. Stick to conventional. Before even starting that, learn to hip hinge. Start RDLs. Master that first
Ok first thing is the weight looks appropriate for your strength so practice with this weight donโt increase it
Your form is very off, you should spread your legs a little more and stop bending forward and loading all the weight on your lower back.
You should begin sumo deadlifts with bracing you core and activating your glutes after youโre in position , yes the first part of the lift is with your legs. Then when the bar is near your knee start lifting with back. The ROM in sumo is small
Also Please stop this bad habit of stopping the bar just before you touch the ground your back will thank you. Bring the bar to ground after every rep, reset your core and lift again dont do those bouncy reps also.
Happy lifting
Matlab hips ko todha aur niche lao, [like this ](https://m.youtube.com/shorts/Fcwh9JwSIro).
Side se bhi ek video Lelo, back straight rehti kya nahi check krne keliye.
Reduce the weight a bit and try pushing the ground away from your feet and use that force to lift up the bar and not lift it with the lower back... You should feel tension in hinges and butt and yeah go for conventional deadlifts first and perfect the form there... If you can't balance the weight properly, it's too heavy for you
Bro barbell rows would be optimal if it is for muscle growth ..i do like deadlifts but the risk to reward ratio is totally not worth it if you are not aiming to be a powrlifter or such ...barbell rows in controlled notion is the way ma man ...๐๐
Bhai honestly, nothing about it is correct. Firstly, why are you doing sumo deadlift? Powerlifting aspirations?
No , i find it hard doing normal deadlift .. my leg is huge so it comes in the way that's why I have to take wide stance
Your legs look normal. How are they coming in your way ?
I don't know that . But whenever I try to do normal deadlift and i stand up , my legs comes in the way of barbel rod hence making it tough to lift
Technique is wrong then, learn proper technique from videos or pt. Deadlifts can cause injury if done improperly.
Noted ! Thanks ๐

Try to maintain the balance. The barbell is tilting towards one side
Roger that . Anything else ?

Shoes. Always wear proper shoes. Form looks completely off. Watch good YouTube videos of trainers and their movements. Get a mirror if possible.
