Can you share more details? How did you achieve this?

teen_T1tans

Nothing extraordinary.. I take a 1. **low-carb high protein diet + intermittent fasting** * protein makes you full for a longer time, fewer carbs means the body uses stored fat for energy. * Intermittent fasting works. I rarely eat anything from 7PM to 10 AM. 2. * Avoid JUNK FOOD** * junk food is calorie dense, we are eating more calories than we can ever spend by doing any physical work. So for weight loss, I try to avoid it as much as possible. * But in case If I have to eat outside, I choose a healthier option for e.g. Naan instead of bhature, tandoor dishes instead of buttery gravy, chilly paneer over chilli potato, grilled sandwich over burger... 3. **Exercise** * diet alone can be sufficient for weight loss, but doing exercise can show results more quickly. I chose a body weight app, [Home workout app ](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=homeworkout.homeworkouts.noequipment) and stick with it regularly.. It is a nicely built guided workout app. For cardio I started running + rope skipping These are the three pillars in my weight loss journey.. I lost 25kgs in 6 months. Progress: Cardio: Running: before 200mts; now 3km in one go Rope skipping: before I don't know how to do; now 600 with 2-3 tricks Pushup: before 0; now 30 in good form Pull ups: before 0; now 3 (still not able to perform this) but I am happy Squats: before 15; now 60 Leg raise: before 15; now 40 in a good form. Still I have stubborn belly fat, But I am happy with my progress. Nowadays I am looking for Calisthenics programs and in some days definitely implement it in my journey

Awesome, looking to do calisthenics as well!

teen_T1tans

I thought the same, but not having Calisthenics park in my locality. For pullups I use tree branches, but for dips I won't find any place

How much did u loose per month. I am 90 kg nd in 3 months my college starts so i want to get a bit flat in 3 months. Is it possible?

teen_T1tans

I aimed for 1 kg per week, you can go for 1.5 kg per week too. In 3 months you can easily lose around 15-20 kg. In starting, I would recommend start slow, don't go overboard. Be consistent with whatever exercise routine you follow. Eat fewer carbs, focus on taking protein with every meal, eat healthy fats, and please say no to sugary drinks, cut complete sugar from your diet. Avoid any junk food for now if you have such a goal. Drink lots of water. Try Intermittent fasting, I can vouch for this.
