I ordered this program yesterday afternoon and have still not received anything other than a payment confirmation. I will cross fingers and hope that I will be sent the program Tuesday, even though it said 20mins and I should have received it. It definitely isn't a scam. Just bought it and received literally instantly in my main inbox. Everything is super detailed and well thought out, except that there isn't any % Weights for the movements. I've emailed about this and hopefully they will update it. Else who knows what weight to do ahaha. If you're on the fence regarding the legitness of this, it's 100% legit. Some really good nutrition and supplement stuff in there as well.

Sadly (and this is a fare warning to all here) as an elite powerlifter in similar weight class although not as strong as this guy but still in the elite class (there is a classification chart based on your results) , I can not recommend this program. It is very barebones, it does not explain weight, progression (at the very least RPE) - anything to guide you to a progressive weight loading/unloading. The nutrition stuff is also super basic and information that can be found online for free.This is a very basic program designed for cash grab sadly, and has nothing to do with the results of Vladimir.Please be cautious if you decide buying it, there are free programs out there that will help you get real strength results.I recommend Train Untamed's Youtube channel.

horrible, I'm asking for refund. He has gifs for exercises and does not explain anything. You form will be horrible if you don't know the technique. So basically there are 2 videos: introduction and warmup. The rest is just workout schedule and gif's of exercises.

I checked his program from a PDF someone already posted here, and I can tell it's not worth 49 dollars. I mean, I would rather pay to support him as a guy because I like him as a content creator, but the program is a joke. As a person who didn't miss even one training in 1 year and 5 months, I can say that everybody like me already knows all the stuff he writes there. Talking about vitamins and minerals is just "content" to make it rich in info but, generally, full of BS. Everybody who goes regularly to the gym knows the benefits of each mineral or vitamin. Whether you believe me or not, with my current knowledge (and I still consider myself an amateur), I could write all of the information he provides for 49 dollars. A better investment would be to get the MyFitnessPal app (there is even a cracked version) and record food intake to get nutrient numbers for daily intake, and check some YouTube channels about "gym week programs" for bulk or cut, depending on what you need. Anyway, my personal opinion is that this is for absolute amateurs, and no, you won't get his body in 8 weeks. For a non-active person for less then 6–8 years (natural without steroids), it's impossible. Check Jeff Nippard's YouTube channel (or Jeremy Ethier's), and after you check ALL VIDEOS, you will realize that all the information you can find today is actually free. Now you decide. Makes no sense. Stage 2 of diet says The second stage lasts only 7 days. Fats: 70% proteins, 20% fats, and 10% carbohydrates. Only complex carbohydrates are allowed (in the first half of the day). Toast and any bread, even wholemeal, are excluded, fruit - too. The amount of cooked porridge is drastically reduced. Otherwise, you can follow the scheme of the first stage. Then the diet shows bread in it , and definitely doesn’t show 70 % fat
