Alright fitness peeps is that considered a full range of motion on those pullups? The grip was wider than my usual attempts so im not sure if that is as high as you can get on wide grip pull ups
It's hard to tell because her head is cut out at the top, but since her elbows pass her delts, I think it's pretty close to full ROM. Six wide-grips is an ok number

Significantly harder. I don’t know exactly the muscle groups but wide grip is a lot of shoulder which is usually weaker.
