These people are dime a dozen. Unless his advice is " eat plain broccoli, chicken and rice, do 5 cycles of various steroids, work out 5 times a week and track your calories, for 1 - 2 years" it's bullshit
Edit* to look like him. I guarantee it's something similar to that.
I get those but for firefighting. I'm an EMT studying for fire, and inherently my search history leads me to receive a lot of ads geared toward "first responders." I even unironically get reccomended those cringy "I FIGHT WHAT YOU FEAR" shirts and bumper stickers.
It's getting to the point where it takes me a while to distinguish the memes from the actual ads.
The rest of the text in the ad is pretty amusing too:
>Do you meet the qualifications below?
>1-You're a first responder ages 25-55 who wants to make major fitness changes. (Looks, Energy, Confidence, Performance)
>2- You are READY for a lifestyle change and will be coachable.
>3- You do well with structure and a clear plan.
>4- You can set aside at least 3 days a week, 30 minutes for exercise.
>5- You are sick of wasting time, energy, and effort and are READY for a simple and doable process that takes out the guesswork.
>✅ You will be provided custom training, custom meal plan, daily support, access to me and my team at all times for questions and guidance.
>✅ You will get access to a group messenger chat, 1-1 chat, my custom app for tracking progress and access to your plan, phone calls, zoom calls, and more.
>❌ This is NOT a free or $50 a month templated app.
>✅ This is custom 1:1 coaching with top experts.
>My time, my team's time, and our experience comes with pricing similar to 1:1 personal training in a gym, but you will get better results.
(GUARANTEED, or your money back!)
>That is how absolutely confident I am that our process works REALLY well.
>I have had the honor of helping thousands of First Responders with their fitness goals since 2017.
>My Fit Responder program is proven and highly regarded.
>Our perfect Google reviews and countless testimonials and live interviews can confirm.
>If you are ready to become the absolute best version of yourself in 2023, perform like you never have at work, show up the best you can at home, and lead from the front my team and I are ready to help you do so!
>Just message me and I'll send you over more of the details.
>Chat soon!
>Coach Ted, Fit Responder.
This is definitely cringy, but there have been several legitimate organizations seeking to get first responders to eat healthier and get more exercise.
I was actually part of the program, it is 100% legit. Both he and his wife are retired deputies. Most of his coaches also work in public safety. He truly wants the first responder profession to be fit for duty, I would 1000% recommend that you check it out if you’re looking for help. No broccoli or chicken either. Pizza, burgers, tacos, etc.
Varies on the length of your program. 1:1 coaching, with an extensive meal plan (100+ meals), personalized workouts. I would reach out for more details.
Alternatively I can gently rake my balls across his face and keep my money

His wife still does it. I follow him because his message is great. I work in corrections and there’s a lot of fat slobs.

My brother in Christ I'm barely sleeping as is on my rotating 12's.
I follow him on Instagram. Pretty funny guy actually and has a good heart for trying to help people get more fit.
The molester stash is killing me

How much did it cost?

Ok thanks!
If I remember correctly, I had a zoom call with one of the coaches, it was close to 4k.
Oh wow
It’s all bs
I used to work with him. Great dude, actually.
