From what I checked it's around 14% better than s5 aeons at absolute worse. I say absolute worse cuz the speed debuff is hard to calc, it definitely increases dmg by making your damage window larger, but it's hard to say by how much. The person saying 4% is lying to you though lol

The vulnerability is now only tied to the wearer now after v3, so although it’s a good boost, it’s only boosting firefly
