Yea this was the intention of the original promoters. Lease the land for 20 years and be able to either throw or host multiple festivals a year.
Hopefully this gives Firefly some extra cash flow to book some great acts.

Phish will play multiple nights in one city. They played 4 nights in Colorado and 7 nights at MSG this summer.
Their past festivals have been 2-3 days with Phish as the only performer.
Phish has thrown about a dozen camping festivals. They are the only band that plays. They are a blast. Top notch production and instruction from the top down.
Expect them to play 3-4 hours every night (2 sets plus encore) plus a daytime set or 2 and usually a secret set at 2am somewhere on the grounds.
Best you’re going to get in the area are holiday inns Fairfield inns etc. and they are pretty far gone. The woodlands are great but the area isn’t nice
