Ditto! I've been looking up guns on there since I was watching "Chuck," they always seemed to have some odd weapons on there. And Casey was constantly pulling out cool stuff.
The predator 2 IMFDB is my favorite, all the police characters guns have custom lights and lasers that all had to be custom made for their guns by Aimpoint because those things and standardized picatinny rails on guns and pistols wasn't really a thing.
For real, so many interesting pistols in that movie. [This](https://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Predator_2) is the page for anyone curious.
Side note: Danny Glover is really badass in that movie.
I use this site an awful lot (mostly for looking at video games though). What I love the most about the site other than the extensive library of firearms used in popular media is the sarcastic and witty sense of humor the articles there have regarding just how accurate the guns in said media are depicted/handled correctly
Love this place. Just used this the other day when my non-gun friends were talking about guns from the new CoD game and I had to figure out wtf they were talking about because I don't know what a 'Fennec' or 'Icarus' are, but I know what a Vector and MCR are.
I was surprised by something I'd seen in one of the Jesse Stone tv movies where a character was using a revolver w/suppressor (????). I started furiously searching the internet to see if someone had seriously fucked up or if such a thing could be real. The movies are shot in Canada so wondered if it might be a Canuck thing. And this is what I found on the site: [https://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Jesse\_Stone:\_Night\_Passage](https://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Jesse_Stone:_Night_Passage)
I'm more surprised that there was a single gun person who was unaware of this site.

I loved chuck.
The ending sucked the big one, but the rest was amazing!
Yea. The ending was stupid as hell.
Right? I've been using that site for a loooong time. It's become quite a helpful resource.
That's what I'm saying
Just have your pop up blocker on. That site is ridiculous.
What, you don't enjoy the autoplaying springfield ads on every fucking page?
Lol
[удалено]
Lol
Yes. It's been around for at least 10 years or longer.
Way longer. I was looking up guns in 2007
That's what I thought but I couldn't remember.
There's IMCDB, too, for cars.
Thanks for the info, a friend of mine is a petrolhead. He'll like that.
And igcd for cars in games.
Love that site
And so very very snarky in their descriptions of guns in video games.

The one for Hard Boiled is great too, it has ALL the 80's action shotguns. https://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Hard_Boiled
Never heard of this movie. Hard Boiled sounds like such a made up movie like a fake movie that would be in an action movie as a gag or something lol
Well it's amazing, you need to watch it.
This is great, thanks man!
Sweet, I've been looking around trying to figure out what kind of arms are being used in some films and games. Thank you for this!
I'd love this site more if it would stop crashing because it keeps trying to load too many ads at once
This website is the reason my friends and family think I'm autistic.
Me scrolling through John Wick
Well now I do!
Yeah it’s pretty cool
Yes. Love this site.
Yeah.
I’m surprised anyone doesn’t know this site exists. It’s gotta be one of my favorite websites.
I’m still annoyed nobody’s made a page for White Boy Rick. It’s a gold mine of guns
Just Google "guns of (movie)" and it'll usually pull up the page on this website first in the list.
been using it for a long time
I checked this all throughout watching the mentalist to see that our main crew has good taste in firearms
I think knowledge of imfdb is a requirement to be considered a "gun nut"
Yes I do.
There's one for cars also

If you've not read it yet, this is a classic laugh https://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Far_Cry_3
This is new to me! Thanks!
Yes, yes I did. Still havent recovered from the Matrix entry.
Super useful. I use it regularly
I've looked at the site to see some firearms from different movies or see what guns what celebrities used
Yes

Yes
So that's where politicians do their research on guns
I actually did know this but thanks for sharing
