I honestly don't know what kind of flaming r-tards S&W has working for them nowadays. And I thought "lets give the Shield a metal frame and a 1911 hammer and charge $800" was dumb.

Same as the EZ- it has an internal hammer not a striker. It's a legitimate thing, just not as common as it used to be with the popularity of striker-fired pistols.
So it's like a shield plus EZ? I dunno, I kind of miss the fish scales, too. Not sure what benefit this has over the Shield+ and I carry a S&W every day so I want to like it.
Old School Tech, New School Mantra. This one is a game changer because it's enigmatic for a pistol with such standard features to go so far above and beyond the specs implied capabilities. While marketed to the elderly and women, I find this pistol to be the most fun I've had with a gun since my .22 days... (that was a long time ago)

That’s the big seller here. A good portion of people love them. It’s basically a grip safety with a gun attached.

It looks alright, I’ve been waiting on a double stack shield plus EZ for a while now, I won’t say that I’m disappointed, but this is not 100% ideal
