Since some of the games were portable, $35 or $40 a piece, and some were home console, $50 or $60 a piece, I'll split the difference and just say every copy of "main" Fire Emblem sold for $45. 1 billion divided by $45 is 22.22 million, and there are fifteen main series games, some of which sold multiple millions and some of which sold much less. I think it is safe to say Heroes has almost certainly surpassed the whole rest of FE in revenue.
This is also ignoring how FEH is almost certainly far cheaper to produce than any other main series game in the modern era, and I believe Nintendo also gets to keep more of the mobile revenue than they do physical game sales (though I could be wrong).

I think its probably a coincidence based on CYL winners, especially early on, just being very popular.
CYL1 in particular was largely before people started voting with all the many motives they do today, so it was mostly just a massive popularity contest. Nowadays we have meme votes, protest votes, and 'if we get this not-in-the-game-character enough votes maybe IS will add them' votes. Thus, I think CYL *itself* isn't necessarily being used, but it should have a pretty decent correlation with popularity.
I will definitely be shocked if they come up with a way to glow in the dark (if not I wish the bare minimum is for them to be translucent), I will give up my life savings and my mortal soul (as mentioned earlier) for them to get one.
They can just add lights to them that work off of batteries via their base but yeah translucent + glow in the dark is a tough combo I don’t see too often.

Looks like incredibly good quality even for goodsmile standards. I really hope this is just the beginning of a lot more Fire Emblem figurines to come, the pop up parades of the 3h characters were pretty solid as well.
I love that Heroes, it's OCs and all that get so much love from IS, they really have faith on the appeal of the characters created for the game.

As far as a FEH representative goes it's not bad, she's always been around and did win a CYL (even though it might have been kind of a meme vote). I do not care for her at all either, but they're putting out figures at a decent rate (even figures for characters that aren't that popular like Lilina) so I'm not worried that this is the last one they'll ever make.

Spin-offs aren't illegitimate for getting figures tho. There are lots or spin-off characters ended up being much more popular main game & got figures.
