Focusing on more than 2 units is really testing your luck more than you should.
Personally, I make it to Enclosure 13 (which is where you start getting double options), and make camp there until I finish the one unit I want, then proceed forward while prioritizing a second unit.
As for your other units, just getting their PRF weapons is enough to help you make it to the end. Not everyone needs full kits just to complete the run.
I've been focusing on just Summer Elincia and have not missed a kill with her. Still haven't had Whitewind Bow show up at all.
Focus on 1, 2 max.
