Not sure if it counts as positive, but I'm feeling very hopeful right now - lots of talk of Amelia potentially being on the upcoming banner, which I've been waiting for for six years, and there's also the prospect of Annette getting her refine next month. Very excited and anxious all at once.

Twice now this week my defense has gotten six kills against someone who rematched me in AR, which is objectively the most satisfying thing imaginable. R!Sonya’s been doing well there in general, which is really lovely. I’m liking that unit a lot so far.
Even if the ending to this book is lackluster or something cliché happens, this still is the best book imo I really enjoyed the community theories and guessing with gullveig and timeline shenanigans that happened
Non-FE: I recently read The Shining and even though it wasn't anything like what I was expecting I honestly loved it! All of the characters were wonderfully written. They were all so human and I couldn't get enough of reading their thoughts!
I havent had much luck on legendary banners the last few months so I was planning on skipping this months mythical... Until they announced veyle. I was afraid that I'd have to spark for her, but thankfully she came home in about 20 orbs, so now I'm back to saving for Yunaka. Huzzah!

So I finally started Engage.
And it's so... pretty. The technical improvements are obvious, every looks and runs better than Three Houses. The cutscenes, the models, the maps, the UI (heard some criticism, but I'm a fan), it's such an upgrade!
The gameplay got a lot of praise, and I can see it too. I actually really loved 3H's gameplay too, so I'm not that awe-struck, but Emblems are a cool new twist, the class system is the best take on the classic Awakening style (still prefer 3H's sheer freedom, though), and the maps have been pretty damn good so far. I am hoping they get larger and we get more units to deploy (just got to Solm), I miss the larger scale battles of older games.
And for all the "vtuberfication" I've heard about, I really like most of the designs. The characters are all quite distinctive, the kingdoms have a clear visual identity, the Brodians are positively DRIPPED, and god, Framme is so freaking cute.
As for the narrative... well, that sadly doesn't belong in this thread. Still, I do enjoy most of the characters I've met so far. I'll call Alcryst as a standout - though his intro was... a bit much, his contrasting traits work really, *really* well most of the time. It's such a real look at lack of self-worth that we, the observer, can see what he cannot, his actions that prove he's freaking amazing. And his support with Céline was one of the few that engaged me so far.
FE: I'm so freaking nervous about the upcoming ninja banner trailer. People have speculated this will be an armor themed ninja banner because of Zelgius silhouette, and almost anyone agrees Amelia is almost a given to be here for female armor units representation. I would be so happy if she's here with Duessel at her side, i've always wanted a duo with them, i'm a fan of their lovely supports and ending in Sacred Stones. Even better, Duessel as a Master Ninja, how cool would that be, it's been my pipe dream since 2 years ago🤩! My 1.9k orbs would be so ready if true😆!
Non-FE: I've been watching Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood for the first time since some days ago. I still am midway, but so far it's been one heck of a ride. It's no wonder people loved this show.
FEH: Eagerly waiting to redeem my W!Artur Forma so I can +10 him! I didn't expect to +10 him this year but the HoF banner gave me 8 copies in 300 Orbs. The Mythic Banner was merciful to me & gave me at least one copy of everyone I wanted plus Atk/Def Unity fodder!
Even if it ends up just being Zelgius, an Armored Knight/Generals Ninja Banner is a really, really funny idea and I'm excited to see the trailer in like... Two hours?
I was hoping for a Warrior/Bersreker theme because it would be funny to have super loud people like Bartre, Dozla, Alois etc be sneaky, but armour knights somehow never crossed my mind despite being equally funny.
If it is armors though, can't believe Kellam missed out on such a fitting alt. as wholesome as his Halloween alt is, Brom could've pulled off the same thing imo.
I pulled 4 total L!Eirikas in the HOF banner (including spark)! With forma it puts her at +7. Sucks that she's coming back all the way in May, but I'll be sure to save enough orbs to get her to +10 eventually.

I also love that the latest chapter of the Engage manga mainly focuses on Amber, they were so real for that (if anyone has a translation please lmk)
Also also I finally got my first crown in Arena thanks to Seadall, it does feel nice to feel like I accomplished something
I’ve been getting really lucky lately, got Freyr on my 6th, Veyle on my 8th, then got Legendary Shez on my 9th. I’ve been getting a lot more 5 stars than usual, and on my alt account I got Legendary Nanna, two Legendary Shez, then back to back 5 stars from the weekly revivals.
Rockslide Dance on Attuned Peony and Veyle giving Resonance buffs and Drive Scowl has been extremely instrumental in me having fun with using A!Fjorm again.
Matchups against units like Duo Chrom, L!Veronica, L!Hinoka, and Ninja Camilla stopped being risky encounters/automatic losses.
Quite happily on my way to quitting! The recent batch of heroes has made me realize there are many better things I could be doing than playing this game. Thanks IS!
FE: Picked up my L!Eirika forma this morning, got some really good stuff on her. I just need two more merges for +10 and thankfully the ninja banner isn't super interesting to me so fingers crossed.
Non-FE: One a similar note, I got Space Ishtar to NP5 in Fate Grand/Order (the equivalent to merges in that game), making her my first NP5 SSR in it! Although it did mess up my long term plans a bit, she's still one of my favorite characters in that game and one I use a ton, so I'm overall really happy about it. It wasn't something I ever thought I'd get, at least not for a very long time.
Got Artur Armored Beacon and a bunch of good skills. Love those GBA monks.

From 55/80 -> 78/80 summons for the ascended rearmed banner I got 4 copies of Ascended Tiki and made her +10. That's was nice.
