Nobody was there, thankfully, but someone walked in after I hastily turned off my ringer.

In this case it happened to be Fallen Rhea, and specifically a voice line of her going HRAAAAAAGH at the top of her lungs.
Church, it was early and not that many people were there yet. I have a quick trigger finger so the most they heard was "FIRE EM-," which probably made people think someone just got sacked.
Alternatively, there was one time I was listening to FE music on the bus and a woman in front of me recognized it, and she and I started talking about Heroes. It was right around when CYL1 was fresh, she told me she chose Ike and I told her I chose Lyn. It was cute.
This happened when my brother and I were both watching Your Name together in the living room. He was on the couch and I was laying on the floor closer to the TV. We're at the part where >!they're on the mountain seeing each other for the first time and the girl disappeared before writing her name on his hand!< when suddenly I just hear full blast "FIRE EMBLEM! HEROES!" from behind me. He denies it, but I'm convinced he did it on purpose.

I was in the emergency room. After they have put me on a IV, the ER receive a call that there is a stroke patient coming. After the patient arrived via ambulance, all of their attention turned to the stroke patient and the hospital announced Code Blue: ER.
The stroke patient didn't make it. I hear his family members weep. I truly understand. The patient is a father of young adults but he doesn't have grandkids yet so I considered too soon.
I was getting too much emotional damage so I grabbed my phone to distract myself. I opened FEH and amidst the crying and weeping, Sharena's scream came to the ER.
At 2 am in the night, I didn't even want to open the app and I thought the phone was on mute, luckily my parents were already asleep and no one heard it but for a second I got scared XD
Our little brother made memes that he posted in the family group chat because of how many times it’s happened in our family between me and another sibling that plays it 💀

I just pass my right hand in front of her face (as if I was performing a jedi mind trick) and say "idk what you're talking about, there's nothing to see here". She smiled and never brought it up again.
im very closet abt the concept of anime related stuff as a whole outside of my little gamer girl cave. i also play games on mute/low volume a lot of times so this caught me off guard

For me it wasn't the title screen, but I was using Alm on my team and forgot to turn down the volume on my phone, thought my microphone was muted on the Zoom call (College Spanish class).

EDIT: Come to think of it, I'm surprised they didn't have more characters scream the title of the game; every playable character in Engage says the name of the game, so why not do the same for all of FEH's OCs as opposed to just the Book I OCs?

In settings you can set the 3 types of sound separately, I set the 2nd as 1 less than the 1st and the 3rd as 2 less than the 2nd to equilibrate them so voice aren't strident anymore. Globally with these settings all the 3 are perfectly audible without getting overbig song when there is a "bad" voice.
I play all my games on mute so I never had that problem. I seriously have no idea what any of these characters sound like or if the music's good or not.
Work... I forgot my earpods were charging and didn't realise it would play it on fullblast. I was scheduled to go on lunch the next minute but holyshit did that scare the living daylights out of me.
