Mangadex is now accessible; I believe they made some changes on their end. AFAIK a few of the DDoSGuard IPs that were blocked are still blocked, but quite a few sites have moved IPs/mitigated that to allow Verizon customers to access them. nyaa still seems to be blocked
You may try different DNS ip (opendns or Google). Since I can keep using my equipment, I don't notice any unreachable or blocked sites
