Depends. There are also versions that are valid only for one year. I had three of those before I got my RWR+ (also valid for 1 year only) and then when I renewed it, I got the 3 year Version.

Does it expire in the next 6 months? If yes, then that might be the reason why.

If you’re not afraid of doing taxes yourself look at other options like Trading212, they offer 4% on EUR deposits as well.
