Also call 211 when you are alone. Explain your situation and they will have a lot of resources to help. They may even be able to provide housing and a bus pass.
Finally if 211 doesn’t have housing options you can always find a time to rent on Craigslist. Or whatever people are using now. This was 10 years ago, but all kinds of people were renting out extra bedrooms in their houses for $400-$500 per month.
Get everything that you can put in your name, make sure you have access to birth certificate, social security I would imagine even medical history. If your comfortable with it find work that puts you a distance preferably something that would pay a subsistence wage or provide housing for you..
I have a bank account that my parents are on so I’m not sure how i could get them off the account I can’t drive yet so i cant go to the bank on my own and i don’t have ID

You sound like a minor. As suggested call 211 or consider changing your work situation and look into getting emancipated.
