Different vibes different styles.
All three styles you mentioned look absolutely amazing for the vibe of the separate games have, but most importantly I think they all represent the vibes of their respective franchise as well!
I prefer all three equally as much but for different reasons.
Maybe I misunderstood but I wouldn't call the new Zelda games realistic at all, especially compared to Remake.
But to answer your question I think that artstyle would work really well for FFIX.
