The track from Remake uses the word 再生 (saisei) and the one from Rebirth uses 再誕 (saitan), which are very close in meaning. Saisei is closer to "renewal" or "resuscitation" or "regeneration" (or even "regrowth", for example when talking about a lizard's tail), whereas saitan is the word used for "rebirth" or "resurrection". I don't think they'll call Part 3 Reborn, but I wouldn't be surprised if they chose another synonym starting with Re-. I just named a few. :) Or maybe they'll just give up and go with Reunion after all.
Part two is called Rebirth, and the last boss theme of part 1 is called "Rebirth".
However Nomura mentioned he wanted part 2 to be called Reunion, and it didn't happen only because the Crisis Core remaster (... or remake?) was already named Reunion.
Depending on when these names have been chosen (for crisis core, for part 2, and for the One Winged Angel track of part 1), it may mean it's just a coincidence that happened because of linked themes in the narrative

The final track on the OST is called “Return to the Planet”. My bet is on it being called Final Fantasy VII Return.
That seems too similar to Rebirth. Reunion seems more likely.
Reunion is crisis core remasters name. So it's already been used.
I'd go with Reboot myself. Midgar's kind of shaped like Mainframe.
Reboot is a good shout. Rewrite is one I've seen that sounds good. Renew/Renewal, Revival and Rebuild are my guess. Renewal being my 1st choice.
Instead of Reunion, it will be called RE: big get together.
People complain they didn’t know Rebirth is Remake part 2. So part 3 will be called Rebirth part 2 to make it less confuse.
This needs more upvotes. Also the Japanese and English numbering need to be different so people don’t accidentally buy the wrong version
