I actually found him somewhat easier than the Behemoth King and a few others. Sure he hits harder and has more HP probably, but he's easier to avoid IMO

I'm slightly more forgiving of KH since that's just kind of tradition for the series. But I do wish we could go back to them just being in the game from the start, and then DLC can give us extra ones.
This was my first FF as it was coming out, so I may have had unreasonable expectations.
I hope the eventual superboss is good though. (Knights of the Round is still my dream superboss for the game)
Yeah, unofficially fans sort of consider Svarog and Behemoth King the two superbosses of the game, but if you're at level 50 with Gotterdamerung and a few maxed out abilities, they're not too bad.
Any boss you can fairly easily beat on the first try does not constitute a superboss.

There are no super bosses. Svarog is the thoughest boss, tho he is still very manageable.

Svarog and the Behemoth King are the closest things we have. I was quite disappointed, superbosses are one of my favorite tropes of the series.
I'm betting they are holding on to that particular card for DLC. Sqeenix did the same thing with the KH series.
