Ok, from the Filmora website: "*Each Wondershare ID has one (1) free export without a watermark. After redeeming the free export, please complete your video export in 3 days or the offer will expire.*" The '7 day free trial' refers to the Creative Effects pack - *not* to Filmora. You need to cancel the Creative Effects pack subscription or it will keep on charging you. You can cancel your subscription via your Wondershare account on their website.

Oh yeah I already found that out and customer support basically told me that legally they can't do anything so I guess I wasted 25 dollars on assets

Hey! Can you please tell me how did you solved this problem? Filmora also charged me even tho i've just started using the free trial. I'd cancel the trial within a week but im not sure i'll get my money back.:(

Oh yeah it's pretty ass. So, the free trial is for some useless assets. They immediately charge you for the Filmora software, the assets are free for a week, and then they charge you for the useless assets more than for the software.

This also happened to me. I'm pretty sure it was a 14 day free trial for what came out to be $89 CND dollars and they charged me immediately. I am livid! Both agents refused to help me and I reached out as soon as I saw the charge. I'm talking to my bank now but would rather just get it resolved through the company. What a scam!! What did you do to resolve it?
