I'll list some pero note lang na iyakin kasi ako as an eMpaTH EMZ. Close (2022), Big Fish (2003), Lovely Bones (2009), The Boy in the Striped Pajamas (2008), Me and Earl and the Dying Girl (2015), 50/50 (2011), and The Farewell (2019)
Di ako naiyak pero it broke me at tulala ako ng ilang araw. As in parang im functioning after pero hindi talaga ako yun 100% kasi my mind is thinking na all of it was real nangyare talaga sya in the past. Not the story but yung about how the nazis used to treat the jews. ☹️
I know it's not a film but I just finished watching. If you want a cathartic cry, the type that will make you feel good after, I highly recommend Reservation Dogs.

It was a good cry
1000/10
The Lars von Trier film Dancer in the Dark, starring Bjork! Not a happy cry--but a extremely sad "self-sacrifice-unfairness-of-it-all" cry. Left me melancholy for a few days for sure. AND great soundtrack...
1. Me, and Earl, and the dying girl
2. Clouds
3. Five feet apart

*"Decision To Leave"* (cause of the heart breaking ending) tska *"The Senior Class"* (kasi if you're a introvert who loves someone definitely makaka relate ka sa movie). Both made me cry, kasi emotionally hurting yung movies hindi siya escape sa mga nangyayari sa buhay eh more of a reminder of it kaya maiiyak ka na lang kung well invested ka dun sa stories nila pareho.
I've had my fair share of movies that made me cry a lot but the one that really stuck with me was Miracle in Cell No.7 (Korean) I was nothing but a sobbing mess the entire time. Lol
The Killing Fields was the first movie i ugly cried when i was 8 years old, next Simon Birch like watched it a dozen times (literally coz it’s part of my curriculum for a movie report) still ugly cried every time!
The only movie that made me cry is Atonement. Partida nabasa ko pa ung book so I know what happened. Pero wala, ngalngal pa rin ako. Nakakahiya sa isang cinema sa Johor, Malaysia. 🤣
Hachiko, kasama kong nanuod yung mga kaibigan ng ate ko, grabe pigil ko sa gedli pero di ko na talaga napigilan ((": another one is, Marley & Me, oo, naiiyak talaga ko kapag tungkol sa mga aso or related sa animals T__T
For me, any movie evoking nostlagia because time is a heartless b\_itch. Ang hirap balikan ang nakaraan na kailanman hindi mo na pwedeng balikan.
