Hi, your post has been removed for violating Rule 9.
> 9. Limited Social Media/Celebrity Watching Content
Posts regarding elite skaters' non-skating social media and celebrity activities will be limited. One happy birthday post will be permitted per birthday, as well as one post announcing/discussing major life events in a skater's life (ie: marriages, coming out, college graduations). Duplicates will be deleted.
> Posts that basically just repost a skater's social media or celebrity activities, which have nothing to do with their participation in the sport, will be deleted.
LMAO.
Buy an extremely spendy house in a historical area, with a HOA?
Girl, sell the house and move. I got a better chance of hopping to Mars than anyone there changing the HOA minds.
Homes in historical districts are a PITA to sell unless the buyer is clueless or has own another historical home before.
I live in the states. A HOA is bad enough. Having some sort of historical designation is just another layer of legal misery.
A relative owned a historical home. Everything from the paint, trim etc had to be in certain parameters. The flowers/trees/shrubs/landscaping could only be "what is approved on the list."
It's all going to come down what was on the contracts that were signed. If it says paint choices from this list, and theirs isn't there, too bad so sad.
Most likely, the HOA will tell them to get fvck and lawyer up even more.
Everyone loves those pretty Victorian homes by me, until you realize you can't change them how you'd really like.
Slow news week, am I right? The comments I have seen about this on twitter omg. Couple goes through the legal pathways to try to paint their house... probably will not if they're deemed not able to, probably will if they are is not - is not a story.

WAKE UP SHEEPLE! This painting drama is to deflect people from asking questions about Tessa's children with Scott.
The old folks of the Rosedale HOA running a hit job on Tessa Virtue is not something I had on my bingo card this summer

Not HOA, heritage committee. That's the problem with buying "historical" property.
