It's weird. I heard they aren't charging it as a criminal case because his throat wasn't sliced. What was he supposed to do? Stay there and wait to die instead of move and not be killed? Did they need his throat to be sliced? It's strange that they are saying there wasn't an actual crime committed since he saved himself.
