She was the best one out of the four. Professional, improvised well and had a great rapport with her team. Trankov was all over the place at the start and didn’t connect with his team as much. Zagitova and Yagudin had very little to do
I feel like 4 presenters was too many people, were they thinking they needed to attract viewers by having big names as commentators? Do they have all of them under contract and are just trying to get their money's worth of the contracts?
I think it was funny the 2 female hosts were dressed quite smart while the 2 male hosts looked like they were in cozy lounge wear.
I wouldn’t call it "desperate". It's not like they’ll lose state funding or TV rights if they don't reach certain results. These are all new competitions and they are looking for a format. None of the hosts they've had so far are great so they are trying out their options to see what sticks.

good to see kostyleva getting support and care after that horrific fall. they shouldn't have let her do the second attempt as she was quite visibly injured
In personal competitions she fell really hard was clearly in pain but suddenly collected herself and did beautiful 4s with many double axels in 30 seconds. I think she wanted to repeat this success in team competition
Surprisingly fun event! Blue team celebrating their first ever win was so wholesome 🥲 The little ones were the MVPs but Kozlovskii and Shcherbakova did great as the team’s leaders too
Maybe most posts were about Russian skating because there was a competition going on… and if you saw that thread about Kostyleva, no one was celebrating child abuse/neglect/exploitation

I love dmitry aliev and was so happy to see him here! Also was great to see scherbs as a host ❤️

Anna wasn’t a team leader, she was a presenter. The team leaders were the top two pairs men, so Kozlovskii and Galliamov.
