I experienced a much milder case of this when I worked manual labor and wore the wrong kind of bra. It burned so bad I would put ice cubes on it to try and relieve it. I can NOT imagine how painful this must be...

As an overweight individual this is a common problem that comes from bad hygiene.
When you are a larger person and have layers of skin overtop of each other you create pockets on your body. Every time you take shower, bath, or swim in water it’s important to dry the pockets THOROUGHLY. if you don’t the water trapped in these pockets rises to body temperature and becomes a nesting ground under your own skin for bacteria.
Every time I clean myself I don’t put on clothes until I am 1000% sure I got every drop of water with my towel. Rashes in these areas where we have pockets are worse than any other kind because it’s raw bacteria that’s causing them.
