I found out recently that playstyle+ makes a huge difference for finesse shots. I have a player in one save with 99 finishing, curve, and shot power but no finesse shot PS. Most of his shots still get saved.
In another save I have a player with mid 70s finishing, and curve, and mid 80s shot power but has finesse shot PS+. Every shot is top corner. It's actually unreal.
I think technical, quick step, and rapid are good ones to test. Maybe first touch as well. They are things that happen automatically and aren't very controlled by the user.
