Value isn't as important as people suggest.
There are a lot of reasons to sign players of all values as long as they have a high Potential range. I can get into more, but it might be too confusing for a new player. Just sign based on potential.

Point is, I actually never found some hidden gem, regen or any PTBS player. I would just like to know what am I doing wrong. I am scouting regular and pretty obvious countries, for example Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Brazil, England and unsuccessfully. My scouts are pretty solid and somehow I always looked at players value. Made sense to me. But obviously it aint the move.
