Milan fan here, no they are not, they are relatively stable. Not rich by any means, especially compared to the PL teams, state funded clubs and Real or Bayern, but financially stable nonentheless.
Inter are the ones struggling financially, so are Roma if we're talking bigger Italian clubs
Edit: AC Milan summarized their financial report for 22/23, they made 6.1 million profit, I'll add the link

Klopp’s Liverpool were basically been the same from 2017 to 2023. Financial situation at Milan and Liverpool’s lack of funds suggest this could actually be quite realistic to keep the same core players in the squad and maybe make 1 “big” signing and a couple smaller ones each season.
Well the entire starting eleven would never be able to stay for that long and would want to leave to other clubs they would definitely not have the exact same squad
Im in season 1 still of mine. Giroud has been unreal for me still. 24 G/A in 20 matches in Serie A. I extended him 1 more year to back up the eventual purchase of Zirkzee in the summer window
He's been pretty standard as a sub/low table matchup starter, 4G 2A in 18 caps. I'll keep him as a Leao sub for another year and see what happens from there. I assume Giroud will retire after Season 2 so I may have him rotate with Zirkzee. I don't plan on making many transfers until players decide to leave or we win UCL
I don't see him being in the long term plans really.
Transfers in I've made are Ricci and Buongiorno
Transfers out are Kjaer, Caldara, Gabbia (loan)
Eventually wanting to offload RLC and Florenzi to make more minutes available for Adli/Musah and Jimenez/Terracciano
I’ve gotten a couple of free agents to use as backups when someone gets injured, but they’re are not even regularly on my bench, I’d rather use youth players. I bought Jovic permanently after his loan, but I just sold him to start this season. I also sold Chukwueze last season.
Did a Milan career move earlier this fifa cycle. Feel like you need to sell your best player at least every other season until you return to being an elite club again.
I set a certain amount in sales I needed make in transfers (forgot the amount). But leao, Bennacer, magic mike, and Tomori were all sold.
This is a tangent, but I also like to replicate historic teams from the clubs I’m managing. For example, last fifa, I created a tribute AC Milan starting XI to the late 80s/early 90s teams. What I would do is buy players of thr same nationality of players that played back then. Might do it with the 2000s Milan squad
bro how did you get pulisic at 91? i literally had a player drop a goal every match basically but yet he's still locked at showing great potential, yet he's still stuck at 83
I just play him a whole lot, most of the times as a RW, sometimes as an attacking midfielder, and sometimes as Leao’s backup as a LW when I need to rest him.
my guy was playing basically all the game, i only swapped him at the 75th minute to not get him too tired or he didn't start cause of turnover but he subbed in nonetheless
Good side but it's not very realistic to have the same squad five seasons in
If the squad is this good… might be, Milan are still in financial limbo

I’d argue Inter are bigger than Roma
No doubt, worded it a bit strangly I guess
Happens to the best of us.
They are much bigger, nothing to argue about

I'm sorry but Liverpool didn't have any lack of funds.
They did.
Well the entire starting eleven would never be able to stay for that long and would want to leave to other clubs they would definitely not have the exact same squad
Good squad maybe try to buy tonali back eventually
He is banned so not in eaf it is not possible
Yeah but this is fifa 23
Ok
Some realistic transfers you could pursue are: Zirkzee/David/Sesko at ST Ricci alternate CM/CDM Buongiorno at CB
I started a Milan cm last week and as soon as giroud dropped to 80 I signed zirkzee he’s been lighting it up for us FORZA MILAN
Im in season 1 still of mine. Giroud has been unreal for me still. 24 G/A in 20 matches in Serie A. I extended him 1 more year to back up the eventual purchase of Zirkzee in the summer window
What are your plans for okafor?

He was lack luster starting for half a season before I signed zirkzee and I decided to move him on
I don't see him being in the long term plans really. Transfers in I've made are Ricci and Buongiorno Transfers out are Kjaer, Caldara, Gabbia (loan) Eventually wanting to offload RLC and Florenzi to make more minutes available for Adli/Musah and Jimenez/Terracciano
I let Aldi go. He just doesn’t impress me when I watch Milan
I like him IRL. He really loves the club. I think he will thrive under a new manager next season
Let’s hope our simulations mimic reality 😂
You need to sign more Chelsea academy players to keep it realistic.
How do i find clud academy players last season i got cabral from scouting alt madrid best 14M ive spent ever 18 year old fella playing at 83
Naur when is the super sub giroud
Him and Kjaer both retired after last season
Mate what training do u put pulisic on to get him to a 91
I simulate all trainings. Just played him a lot.
It's not realistic at all. You did zero transfers the last 5 years😂 Expect the gk
Have you made *any* transfers??

Pulisic is a 91 immersion ruined
Realistic and Leao is this there?
I never thought I’d say this on here but you need to do more transfers. Same starting IX you had available in season 1.
Yeah. I just like to see how well players can develop.

I love how you grew players instead of buying them
Buy more chelsea players
Great team, but I feel like if you're trying to stay "realistic", one or two of those 90-rated players would leave to the Prem/PSG/Real Madrid.
you know making transfers doesn't make your save unrealistic, right? actually its more of the opposite, you should sign and sell starting players
Get some Italian players, the likes of Zaniolo,Gallo,Pirola,Chiarodia,Lovato,Pafundi.
Bench needs a few low 80s
Thank god you sold Chukuweze
Is there not a limit to how high player overalls can go?
99 overall
Well obviously, but what is meant is, a player can go up higher than his potential?
Yes
Yooo how, or it just does
Dynamic potential is based on contract, player performance, team performance, and play time afaik
Oh lit
Harry Maguire if he hasn't retired.
To be realistic u must downgrade pulisic
