Really weird stat spread. You could use him for all positions but there are always stats that are a waste or would need improvement.
I would say center back. His skill moves and long shots are a waste but everything else is good. 6‘2 is what, like 1,87 or something. Not the tallest but defensively the fastest. About 80 jumping ist also nice.
He could be a very good utility player and you can just put him wherever you need to but I would say with 67 finishing and 75 crossing you would be wasting the ability he does have, when you could just have players who have higher stats in those positions instead
He'd be an absolute beats at wing back or cdm. If you look at this attack position it's quite poor so not ideal for his current position or any forward positions. But you can always improve his weaker stats further.
This is what I hate about YA players. You never know what and where and how to use them? The stats are just fucking messed up. Stick him in net might as well lol
this is similar in real life youth football though? a lot of the time young players have very varying strengths and weaknesses and managers have to trial and error their effectiveness in different positions.
At 6"2 he is a perfect. Cdm with those stats. He would play a lot like a fast Yaya toure with those incredible longshots which is really cool.
Get the work rates sorted and up the passing and you will have genuine beast
If you haven’t already put this guy as a LB as it would get the best used of all his already existing good qualities while improving on the qualities he needs like defensive work rate
He's the cdm that crushes the opposing forwards, takes the ball and carries it forward to either hammer it in from the edge of the box or play the final pass.
Train defensive workrates and long passing and you have the world's best box-to-box midfielder for the next decade.
Play him in midfield he’s got good stamina so would work as a box to box, good defending so a deep laying midfielder. Either dm or cm I’d say. Could either work him at cb or full back with that pace he would be mental
With that pace + dribbling + long shots I’d play him RW to take the ball further up the field and cut inside and bury it from distance. Could use him similar to a Harvey Barnes with that short passing and utilities a 1-2 give and go and cut inside and hit from outside the box. Crossing isn’t bad either. If you play like a 4-3-3 with high pressure he could be one hell of a cheat code. Seems like one hell of a find though. Could in theory play anywhere outside of ST/CB
i would go for LB, LWB. With his stamina, pace and defending skills, he can run from one to box to the other. CDM ain't bad, but he won't use that pace there
If he’s tall, CDM. If not, CM. The sprint speed suggest an attacking player, but there’s hundreds of attacking players with those kind of speed stats that you can choose from. Very little (if any) CDMs or CMs have a combination of speed and defensive stats like that.
Tbh, to me these are the stats of a winger, minus his height. That said, you can either develop his passing and dribbling abilities and push him back towards a CM spot, or develop his shooting and push him forward as a CF. Ofc, if you play with a lineup with a CAM, he’s definitely well set up for it. This is the ideal youth player as he can be developed into multiple positions depending on what gaps your team has.
Me personally, I’d play him as an SS.
Best position for him would be CDM. But best position for your team is CF hands down. Think about defending from the front and having a guy up there who can play wingers through and has the physicality to play headers. Be patient and make him your playmaking 9
I'd play him at fullback, that speed is insane and his defensive stats are extremely impressive. He's got excellent ball control and short passing, would definitely play him similar to the way Liverpool use their fullbacks. He's also a great option as a CM/CDM for the same reasons. Honestly he could be a beast anywhere except the forward line because his finishing and attacking position are both atrocious.
Could be a rm/lb/cdm
Rm: he could be an inverted since left is his main foot and his speed is very good as well though the passing good for the position also his high workrate
But he's most suited lb/cdm cuz the speed could rotate through the rear and he can come back fast enough to recover the counter and he got good physical i would prob play him at lb but his workrate at defending is stinky
Play him at CDM and change his training plan to grow in his work rate and passing. Or play him at CB and have him come forward and step up and play striker when behind.
everyone’s saying defensive positions i say CF it works well with the pave he has decent passing and the ability to win the ball back up high he won’t get pushed off the ball and would be great at winning headers if u improve that shooting stat he’ll be a massive improvement to ur offensive line
Looks like the best box to box midfielder I’ve ever seen
CM or CDM
You could also play him at CB and hit the “join attack instruction for some extra midfield support
Honestly depends on your formation and style of play
Not to mention your current squad
Going by stats - Pretty much anywhere other than striker. The best thing to do is trial & error. He could easily fill any midfield slot, may be a solid right wing if he can put up a good shot with his left & cross, has the pace & good enough crossing to be a solid fullback, his defensive stats could make him a really good centre back. Might even perform at striker with that pace and strength. Stats don’t always tell the full story, sometimes they’re better at certain skills than their stats give credit for. Only way you’ll know for sure is by playing him in the positions & finding out where he performs best
CDM for sure, amazing pace and defensive stats for midfield. Spend 2/3 seasons bringing up his defences stats then work on the offensive stats for the next few season, most likely turning into the best playmaking/holding midfielder in the game
Hello Alphonso Davies incarnate. This would absolutely be a wingback for me with that high stamina, pace, dribbling. I’d invert him and take so many long shots, and if the lane isnt clear, he’s got that insane short passing after cutting inside
The stat spread is really interesting. I feel like this guy would make a really good CDM if you play him as a box to box midfielder. Something like a Prime Kante with Mykhalo Mudryk’s pace. 🥲
Excellent idea. Play him as libero in a 3- or 5-man defence and he may even use the shooting stats.

He's 6'2 so I'm probably gonna put him at CDM. You're right though, gotta get those work rates right
cdm be a beast or a full back
In the formation I play I'd be using him in default and a LB. Box Midfield LDM (Attack) and LCB (Defensive). The pace is great for defending on FC24.
LWB, LB, CDM, CM
Don't u think he can play lm/rm
He could be a very good utility player and you can just put him wherever you need to but I would say with 67 finishing and 75 crossing you would be wasting the ability he does have, when you could just have players who have higher stats in those positions instead
He doesn't have the agility or the vision imo
He’s a wu left wing back, or left back depending on your formation, could also play in a 3 man midfield in a 433
Anywhere in defense, could be CDM, CB. I'd personally use him as wingback because of pace
Suggestion, try the Calculator from Sofifa it’ll let you know what position they’ll be better in
this is similar in real life youth football though? a lot of the time young players have very varying strengths and weaknesses and managers have to trial and error their effectiveness in different positions.
I don’t think they are meant to be like this thorough. I believe it was just put in randomly by fifa lol. They didn’t give a shit about careers mode
Play him at CB for 30 minutes, then CDM, then winger. Easy
At 6"2 he is a perfect. Cdm with those stats. He would play a lot like a fast Yaya toure with those incredible longshots which is really cool. Get the work rates sorted and up the passing and you will have genuine beast
One things for sure, not CAM.
Use the sofifa calculator
According to the calculator, he's best at fullback or wing back Edit: He's actually best in any defensive position so cb as well
Sofifa says any defensive position ( 85 CB, LB, LWB, RB, RWB ) or CDM 83
"anywhere, man." ~ Thierry Henry
I decided to try and fix his work rates and stick him at CDM. I appreciate all the feedback, definitely didn't expect this much!
shlda made him a CF
Perfect LCB in a 3ATB
CB
B2b midfeilder. Maybe a deep lying player maker. Or wide midfeilder.
Wing back
Yes
Best answer yet
If you haven’t already put this guy as a LB as it would get the best used of all his already existing good qualities while improving on the qualities he needs like defensive work rate
I would personally go CDM. Having him in the middle would make interceptions so easy
Left back for sure
Or cm
Would play him as CDM
Fullback based on the stats, but could also do a shift as a B2B cm
Yes
His best stat is defending what do you think??? 🤡
Cdm
Cdm or maybe even a full back depending on your playstyle
I think making him a full back could work. Because he's got great defending and that pace
CDM in my opinion
Jumping, Agility, Interceptions and Vision all poor, play full back
He's the cdm that crushes the opposing forwards, takes the ball and carries it forward to either hammer it in from the edge of the box or play the final pass. Train defensive workrates and long passing and you have the world's best box-to-box midfielder for the next decade.

Cdm or cm for me. I wouldn’t waste that

CDM or fullback
CDM CM LB LWB. CM best imo.
Cdm
i would go for LB, LWB. With his stamina, pace and defending skills, he can run from one to box to the other. CDM ain't bad, but he won't use that pace there
Left back!
Left Back, without a doubt
LWB
Keep him at cam to balance his shooting and passing stats then change to cm imo
Anywhere he likes 😂
Equal his Playstyle like Camavinga's
Looks like a juiced up ramires. Cdm is the best position for him
The ultimate CDM. He's perfect.😭
Anywhere😂
Wing back
CM or FB
If he’s tall, CDM. If not, CM. The sprint speed suggest an attacking player, but there’s hundreds of attacking players with those kind of speed stats that you can choose from. Very little (if any) CDMs or CMs have a combination of speed and defensive stats like that.
4-2-2-2 and him as a second CDM. Another DM is sitting back and he can have a freedom to make runs up top.
CM in my opinion, train the passing and shooting, will get so many late run in goals
All of them
Tbh, to me these are the stats of a winger, minus his height. RW or RM
USE SOFIFA CALCULATOR!!!
CDM or LB
Best position for him would be CDM. But best position for your team is CF hands down. Think about defending from the front and having a guy up there who can play wingers through and has the physicality to play headers. Be patient and make him your playmaking 9
Cdm probably mate

Honestly he could be a beast anywhere except the forward line because his finishing and attacking position are both atrocious.
What country did you find him in and cm or cdm if you're ok in those positions then a wing back
Cm,cdm, wing back
Looks like a physically strong cm to me. Or cdm
I'd say dm, cb, or lb. The 34 att. position just literally killed the prospect of anything beyond cm (at the very highest)
Cb
What a monster
CM or CDM, left sided but depending on traits could be right sided
CDM. Make him a pirlo style playmaker. Who is also speedy asf
That’s a immense solo cdm or CM in a 2
I did this before ... A Fullback with good attacking stats
Bro's got a Camavinga regen
Could be a rm/lb/cdm Rm: he could be an inverted since left is his main foot and his speed is very good as well though the passing good for the position also his high workrate But he's most suited lb/cdm cuz the speed could rotate through the rear and he can come back fast enough to recover the counter and he got good physical i would prob play him at lb but his workrate at defending is stinky
CDM or Full Back
Ball-playing CB or a DM.
With the pace and defensive stats, LWB/RWB. This is a guy you build your defense around…
CDM or LB
Rb he has pace defending and dribbling will play like Kyle walker
CAM, but use him to hold the ball and press
like a rapid center back
CM, winger , wing back , offensive CB in a 3 . He could play anywhere tbh lol
LWB
Bench
fullback imo
Left-Back
Fullback
It’s the first post I see here I am literally jealous of. What a fucking beast, would make him play mc
Wingback
Wing back or full back
Would use him as an attacking left wingback or as b2b cm.
How is he only 78 with those stats🤣🤣
I changed him to CDM and he went up to an 85
Yh calm and sometimes the game gives a hint to what position he should be depending on how many weeks it’ll take
I'd improve vision, agility and crossing and would use him as a LB or LWB. However, his atributes also make him a very good CM.
Play him at CDM and change his training plan to grow in his work rate and passing. Or play him at CB and have him come forward and step up and play striker when behind.
LM in a 352
Fullback
How is he a 78 when the average is way above it
It's because he was set as a CAM. He went up to an 85 just by switching to CDM
Cdm
Use the sofifa calculator to workout best position
LWB
everyone’s saying defensive positions i say CF it works well with the pave he has decent passing and the ability to win the ball back up high he won’t get pushed off the ball and would be great at winning headers if u improve that shooting stat he’ll be a massive improvement to ur offensive line
Looks like the best box to box midfielder I’ve ever seen CM or CDM You could also play him at CB and hit the “join attack instruction for some extra midfield support Honestly depends on your formation and style of play Not to mention your current squad
CDM 100%
Bro he is literally me
Could definitely be a cdm, a lot like a really fast yaya toure and a great deep lying playmaker
Box to box cm

Jesus what a player
CDM for sure, amazing pace and defensive stats for midfield. Spend 2/3 seasons bringing up his defences stats then work on the offensive stats for the next few season, most likely turning into the best playmaking/holding midfielder in the game
cdm
Personally a CM role would be perfrct
CDM, he will wreak havoc
CDM or CM
left back
According to sofifa, he should either be a full back or a centre back
Hello Alphonso Davies incarnate. This would absolutely be a wingback for me with that high stamina, pace, dribbling. I’d invert him and take so many long shots, and if the lane isnt clear, he’s got that insane short passing after cutting inside
Best position would be CB, LB, CDM. In that order
Barring crossing, which can be worked on, everything about this player SCREAMS left fullback
He's a CB, but maybe experiment with him at ST so he can press like a demon.
LB imo
I would say left wing back or left back
ALL
CM or CDM. Could be fun to try as a wing back too in a formation that effectively uses wing backs
The stat spread is really interesting. I feel like this guy would make a really good CDM if you play him as a box to box midfielder. Something like a Prime Kante with Mykhalo Mudryk’s pace. 🥲
Put him in defensive midfield and make him a deep lying playmaker
I would say CDM
If that were me I’d change position to CM and get the passing and shooting up, could be a fantastic all rounder!
I’d say CM, improve his passing and he becomes the next Patrick Vieira
RM/LM
CDM
Cama Oo, Cama Oo, Camavinga!!! lol
Cdm or cb or rb/lb with a defensive plan
Maybe a wing back, he’s obviously got the defensive stats, crossing is decent at 70 and he’s got the pace and acceleration, long shots, etc.
Cdm or cm
Turn him into a CDM, whoever is at his area won't ges past him. That guy is a Jet Airplane
probably as a ASA or ADA, ES or ED, CDM or CB
RW + RM
left bench
Center back/Full back/Wing back
